A small oar trophy. These oars were awarded as presentation trophies for boat races in England. Made of sterling silver, it was presented to the Royal Navy service men at the Senior Regatta in 1925, this one for the rowing pair oar Under 1st. There is also R.N.C.D, which could be for the Royal Naval College Dartmouth. Has London assay hallmarks for Keen & Page silversmiths who made it. Curated by Foundwell.
