Provenance

"This is the quintessential rowing blazer. Many have tried to replicate it, but there is much more to it than the grosgrain trim. Years of research, travel, interviews, and vintage recon went into my book, and this blazer is the beneficiary. It isn't a glorified sport coat with grosgrain trim. The devil is in the details: the effortless roll of the lapel and three-roll-two expression; the hidden-stitch patch pockets; the unlined back and the brushed flannel finish; even the interior back panel, which is hand-cut with pinking shears. The blazer comes with a cloisonné buttonhole badge, handmade in England from vitreous enamel, and cross-stitched Latin under the lapel. Another Latin motto adorns the buttons, for those with a keen enough eye." - Jack
